AD8313 is a complete multi-stage demodulation logarithmic amplifier, which can accurately convert the RF signal at the input into the equivalent dB scale value at the DC output. AD8313 can maintain high logarithmic consistency in the signal frequency range of 0.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz. The application is very simple, just need a single power supply from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and add the appropriate input and power supply coupling. When it is powered by a 3 V power supply, the 13.7 mA power consumption (for TA = 25┬░C) is only 41 mW. It has power saving features, the input is pulled high to start a low current (20 ╬╝A) sleep mode, and the threshold is half of the power supply voltage .
AD8313 is manufactured using ADI's advanced 25 GHz silicon bipolar IC process and is available in an 8-pin MSOP package. The operating temperature range is ÔêÆ40┬░C to +85┬░C.
