Note: Ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate boards cannot be mixed
This protection board is a lithium battery protection board specially designed by us for high-current lithium phosphate, ternary lithium battery, lithium cobalt oxide, and lithium manganate battery packs for ship, machine, and automobile startup. This protection board contains 3 strings, 4 strings, 5 strings of lithium battery protection boards, using mature protection circuits, dedicated ICs and supporting disconnection protection, high-precision independent balanced IC, TVS spike protection, imported high-current ultra-low internal resistance MOS (single MOS internal resistance is lower than 3 milliohms, 410A peak current), with perfect and stable charging and discharging protection functions, cell hardware balance processing, proper balance current, reasonable balance heating, and does not affect the performance of the battery pack. The actual test is equipped with short-circuit protection, but it is not recommended to go short-circuit. The short-circuit current is very large and it is easy to burn the battery and the protection board.
1. The user can freely set 3 strings, 4 strings or 5 strings (select the corresponding number of strings, which has been adjusted)
2. This protection board uses 26 high-power ultra-low internal resistance imported MOS tubes (13 for discharge and 13 for charging), which is by no means the low-power MOS on the market. Our single MOS tube has an internal resistance of less than 3 milliohms and a peak current of 410A.
3. Using high-precision independent equalization IC, the equalization current can reach 100mA.
4. Add TVS spike protection.
5. The maximum current is 120A (a small radiator needs to be added), and the maximum peak current reaches 370A.
6. Easily start the car, gasoline engine with 2.5 displacement or less. Please use our 300A protection board for large displacement and diesel engines.
