Ingredients:
- 500g lamb or chicken, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions:
- Marinate the cubed meat in yogurt, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 2 hours.
- Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char.
- Serve the kebabs hot with rice or flatbread.
